Ambience super nice, quaint and romantic, beer garden in the courtyard creates a great atmosphere. With the food I would like to say that it was good but not good enough for the price. I got such a food of my own (good) quality cheaper elsewhere.

Very good atmosphere to have one's dinner together with the workmates located in the older town part of Hanau. Employees very friendly and do understand english as well. Owner and his wife always helpful and honest. Always a pleasure being there. Meals vary from german schnitzel to croatian over to daily fresh fish. Prices vary from cheap (schnitzel) to mediocre (for fish or steak). All is totally fresh made, big size and deli. There is always enough room for events or to take several workmates.

Great customer service, nice food. I especially like the starter platters. Very well organized for group dinners also. Just have a lot of meat dishes, so typical German and I also like some others. But overall highly recommend to go there.

First time here. We were here for a corporate dinner so the menu was limited, however we had great food and service. Looking forward to the next visit.

Very cozy beer garden at the rustic Hofbrauhaus with delicious dishes. Only a few minutes away from the motorway exit and the old town car park, the Hofbrauhaus is located in the old town center of the beautiful old town of Steinheim im Taunus. Fleet friendly service, good cuisine, nice atmosphere in and around the old walls. We'd love to come back soon! ?

I go there when visiting my German colleagues. It's good food, tasty and fast service. They always accommodated us even when we had a large group of people. Wine choice is decent, I would recommend this restaurant if in the area.

The Hofbräuhaus is located in the middle of the old town of Steinheim. The beer garden is cozy and overgrown. The service is very attentive. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio was not right. The food was "ok", unfortunately the price was too high.

I enjoyed my meal very much. Nice place in old town to spend time with friends or family.

This is a cute little restaurant found in the charming town of Steinheim. This place is not to be confused with the Hofbrau beer hall. We took a regional train ride from Frankfurt for about 8 euros per person one way, about 40 minute ride and then a 25 minute walk. I recommend this place if you are in Frankfurt !

Nice restaurant with friendly service. The kitchen is home-style. A meal was wrongly brought to the table. As compensation, there was a bottle of wine at the end. So all restaurants should deal with such a situation!

Met 4 friends there for dinner. Everything from appetizers to mains to dessert was good. Service was quick and friendly. Menu was available in English (for me). Can recommend the pork medallions and apple strudel for dessert.
